- If you die without a valid Will or an out-dated will, then your loved ones may face a number of challenges in winding up the estate and it may not go according to your wishes.
- The Master of the High Court will only accept a Will as valid if it has been correctly drafted and witnessed. If it is not correctly drafted and signed it will be rejected and the Estate may be wound up as INTESTATE and again this may not be according to your wishes. Also, the Master will appoint an Executor from a list of attorneys and it may end up with someone who perhaps has an office in an inconvenient place.
